We are new in Florida and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What is not new is the work behind us.
The short version
BBQ Florida comes out of BBQ Québec: three stores, a team of thirty-five, and hundreds of custom outdoor kitchens built in a province that spends five months a year under snow.
That is a strange qualification for Florida, and it is the whole point. A build that has to survive freeze-thaw, road salt and a forty-degree swing teaches you very quickly which materials are honest and which ones are a finish over a compromise.
Florida punishes the same shortcuts, differently — salt air instead of road salt, relentless UV instead of frost, and a storm season instead of ice. The discipline transfers directly. The supplier list, the stone and the steel specification did not, so those were rebuilt from nothing for this market.
What we will not do is show you someone else's Florida project and let you assume it is ours. When we have built here, you will see it here.

The material we specify is the one your address needs, not the one with the better margin for us.
The number we give you is the number you pay. Supply is one itemised price. The contractor quotes their own work and you pay them directly, so nothing is buried in our line.
When the cheaper option is the right one, you hear it from us before you pay for the other one.
